How do I take an ECG (electrocardiogram) reading?
1. Ensure the watch is firmly strapped to your wrist.
2. Open the ECG function on the watch itself.
3. Place your fingertip lightly on the metal electrode (crown or side bezel) and remain still for the duration of the measurement (usually 30 seconds).
4. The detailed report will be generated on the watch and synced to the app for your review and history.
What do the ECG analysis results mean?
The app provides a detailed analysis of your ECG reading. It can indicate patterns such as Normal Sinus Rhythm, Atrial Fibrillation (AFib), or Inconclusive readings. This is for informational and screening purposes only. It is not a diagnosis. You must share any concerning results with a qualified healthcare provider for evaluation and diagnosis.
How do I enable 24/7 real-time monitoring for heart rate, blood oxygen, or sleep?
In the Veepoo Health app, go to Device Settings > Health Monitoring. Here you can toggle on continuous monitoring for Heart Rate, Blood Oxygen (SpO2), and Scientific Sleep Tracking. Note: Enabling all features continuously will increase battery consumption.
