Welcome to Veepoo Health! Veepoo Health is a free application developed by Shenzhen Veepoo Health Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Veepoo Health", "we", "our services" or "our products").

  3. Contact list, call records: used to provide communication notification services based on needs.

  6. Album: Used to set the watch face, etc.

Who do we share your data with?

We will not actively share or transfer your personal information to third parties outside of Veepoo Health (except when otherwise required by laws and regulations or when necessary to protect user rights).

When you need us to share or transfer your personal information to a third party outside of Veepoo Health, we will obtain your consent directly or confirm that the third party has obtained your express consent to the above actions. At the same time, we will conduct risk assessments on third parties that provide information to ensure that third parties can provide the same or equivalent protection of personal information as described in this privacy policy before sharing or transferring it in accordance with legal regulations.

 

Where do we process your data?

Female physiological information: menstrual duration and menstrual cycle. Sensitive information, not necessary - used to provide you with services related to tracking and predicting your menstrual period. Service log information is not associated with personal information and will be permanently deleted 6 months from the date of collection.

 

Information we receive from third parties

We will not actively obtain your personal information from third parties. If we need to obtain your personal information from a third party not specified below for business development, we will verify the legality of the source in accordance with the law, or make it clear to you the source, type and scope of use of your personal information before obtaining it, such as Veepoo Health. If the personal information processing activities required for our business exceed the scope of your original authorization and consent when providing personal information to a third party, we will obtain your express consent before processing your personal information; in addition, we will also strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations. 3. What system permissions do we need your authorization for?

In order to provide you with certain functions and services, we may ask you in advance to authorize us to call relevant system permissions. You can view specific personal information access permissions and their opening status one by one in "Me" - "Permission Management" on the Veepoo Health App, and choose to turn on or off permissions in the system settings of your mobile device.

If you turn on these permissions, you authorize us to collect and process this personal information when using relevant functions and services. We will only use your system permissions when you use relevant functions. Closing these permissions means that you withdraw these authorizations. We will no longer continue to collect and use your personal information, but we will also be unable to provide you with the functions and services corresponding to these permissions. The decision to close the above permissions will not affect the previous processing of personal information based on your authorization.

  • When you contact our customer support team, our team may temporarily obtain some personal data from your Veepoo Health account until the issue is resolved.

Provide products and services

Personal data processed by Veepoo Health is stored in the Veepoo Health account and is accessible within the Application. Your health data will be anonymized, meaning it cannot be personally identified or linked to an account, and used as raw data by the Veepoo Health team to conduct research and analysis in the field of health to advance scientific research.

The data we collect allows us to provide you with our services and fulfill our terms of service contract with you. Personal data may appear as raw data (number of steps, weight, etc.) or as the result of specific data processing (heart rate, respiration, movements reflecting sleep patterns, etc.).

We also use your data to draw inferences and show you more relevant content. Here are some examples:

Some features are only available after connecting the product to the app. When you sync the Product with the mobile app, the personal data collected by the Product is stored. When you are logged into your Veepoo Health online account and turn on data synchronization, personal data will be transferred to your Veepoo Health online account on the server. This synchronization on our servers located in mainland China is necessary to:

  • Update the product's software to fix bugs, add new features, or apply changes necessary for legal and regulatory evolution in the data landscape;

  • Data Backup: If the Android or Apple device the app is installed on is lost or stolen, you will be able to recover all your data;

  • Measurements can be taken without being near the Android or Apple device on which the app is installed;

  • Share your data across multiple devices: You can get your latest measurements through your personal Veepoo Health account and on any device you have the app installed on.

 

What third-party SDKs do we use?

In order to ensure the realization of some independent functions and enable you to use and enjoy more services and functions, we will embed third-party SDKs in the application, and we will carefully evaluate the purpose of using these SDKs.

We work with partners who provide us with analytics and advertising services. Logout

If you choose to delete your account, most of your information will be deleted immediately, but a small amount of information may take up to six months to be permanently deleted. Please note that the operation of canceling your account cannot be undone. If you have canceled your Veepoo Health account and want to use our products and services again, you only need to create a new account, but your personal information before canceling your account cannot be retrieved.

After a Veepoo Health user (natural person only) dies, his or her close relatives may contact us through the methods in "14. Contact Us" for their own legitimate and legitimate interests to access, copy, correct, and access the relevant personal information of the deceased user.
