Greetings, Veepoo customers! This is the self-service page that can be used to submit warranty requests or inquire about warranty-related issues. Our warranties are automatically stored in our system, there is no need to register your product. The goal of this page is to facilitate contact with you in the event that you have problems with your Veepoo product. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by your Veepoo purchase.
The purchase process for Veepoo products through our website or on Veepoo's official store on sites like Aliexpress and Amazon will be handled by this page; purchases made through authorized Veepoo resellers will be handled separately.
We would be happy to assist you if an issue arises with your product during the warranty period. Please let us know what we can do to assist you via contacting us via the feedback form we have provided. You may be able to save time by first troubleshooting any issues by consulting our FAQ page and/or reviewing the Instruction manuals before filing a warranty claim.

Order ID: This can be retrieved from the order history of the account that the purchase was made with.
Product Name: In the order history of your account as well as the product packaging and instruction manual you will be able to find the model name. Some products are printed directly with the model number. Model numbers help us identify the exact make and model of your product more accurately than a product name would.
Note: A return of the defective item is sometimes required before Veepoo can issue a replacement.
