The app crashes or freezes frequently.
1. First, ensure you have installed the latest version of the Veepoo Health app from the official app store.
2. Try restarting your smartphone.
3. Clear the app's cache (in your phone's application settings).
4. As a last resort, you can uninstall and reinstall the app. Your data is stored on our secure servers and will reload once you log back into your account.
I forgot my account password. How can I reset it?
On the app's login screen, tap "Forgot Password?". Enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
